Center for Policing Equity
The Center for Policing Equity is a research center founded at University of California-Los Angeles and now based at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Phillip Atiba Goff, Franklin A. Thomas Professor of policing equity at John Jay, is co-founder and president.
The Center for Policing Equity is a 5013 nonprofit that looks at data surrounding police interactions with the community. Their goal is to reduce the disparity that exists in law enforcement throughout the country.
