Casey Preslar


Casey Preslar is a beauty pageant contestant who won Miss Oklahoma 2002 and was 2nd-Runner Up at Miss America 2003. She also won the Preliminary Talent Award, Eleanor Andrews Talent Award, and America's Choice in Talent at the same competition.
