Carolina Meligeni Rodrigues Alves is a Brazilian tennis player.

Alves made her WTA main-draw debut at the 2015 Rio Open, in the doubles event partnering Ingrid Gamarra Martins.
She is the niece of former Brazilian tennis player Fernando Meligeni and sister of junior tennis player Felipe Meligeni Alves.
