Carlos Zatarain González


Carlos Ernesto Zatarain González is a Mexican politician from the Sonora. From 2006 to 2009 he served as Deputy of the LX Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Sonora. Before that, he was municipal president of Guaymas from 2003 to 2006.
