CONCACAF League
The CONCACAF League is an annual continental club football competition organized by CONCACAF, the Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football. It was announced on 8 May 2017. The 2019 edition was expanded to 22 teams from 16 in the 2017 and 2018 editions.
The competition features 22 teams in a knockout cup with each round having two legs. The top six teams in the competition proceed to the CONCACAF Champions League.Qualification
A total of 22 teams participate in the CONCACAF League: 18 from Central America, 3 from the Caribbean, and 1 from North America.
