Butler Gallery
Butler Gallery is a contemporary art gallery and museum in Kilkenny, Ireland, with a collection of works by important Irish and international artists from the present day back to the 18th century. A wing has been devoted to the work of the Callan artist Tony O'Malley and his wife Jane.
Located in the heart of Kilkenny city, and established in 1943 by George Pennefather, Butler Gallery is a vibrant contemporary art gallery, in the historic Evans' Home. The gallery is named in honor of Susan and Hubert Butler.
