Bolesław Chocha
Bolesław Chocha - Polish military personnel and politician. He was born on August 6, 1923 in Grodno and died on May 2, 1987 in Józefów. He graduated from the Akademia Sztabu Generalnego. He was awarded the Medal for fighting for Berlin, the Medal of the 40th Anniversary of People's Poland, the Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta, the Gold Medal of Merit for National Defence, the Medal of the 10th Anniversary of People's Poland, the Order of Lenin, the Order of the Red Banner, the Silver Medal of Merit for National Defence, the Medal "For the Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945", the Medal of the 30th Anniversary of People's Poland, the Order of the Cross of Grunwald, 3rd class, the Bronze Medal of Merit for National Defence.
