Birjand County
Birjand County is a county in South Khorasan province, Iran. The capital of the county is Birjand. At the 2006 census, the county's population was 221,756, in 60,240 families; excluding those portions, the population in 2006 was 196,834, in 52,986 families. The county has one district : Central District. The county has one city: Birjand.
