Ayiri Emami


Ayiri Emami is a Nigerian business man, politician, philanthropist and the chairman and chief executive officer of A & E group, a company with investments in oil and gas, construction, haulage, entertainment and the hospitality industry. Chief Ayiri Emami is also the Ologbotsere of Warri kingdom.
His first chieftain title was conferred on him by the late Olu of warri Ogiame Atuwatse II CON. When Ogiame Ikenwoli the present Olu of Warri ascended the throne, he conferred on Chief Ayiri the title Ologbotsere of Warri kingdom.
Chief Ayiri Emami studied political science at the Delta State university Abraka.  Ayiri was one of the youngest founding member of the Peoples Democratic Party in Warri, Delta State and was the party chairman in Warri South-West local government area.  He defected to the ruling All Progressive Congress in Delta State, Nigeria in April 2015 and he is currently one of the party's leaders in Delta State, Nigeria.
He was on the board as a Director in Nigeria Cat Construction Company, also he was the Chairman of the Delta State Waterways Security Committee. This committee was set up by the Delta State Government to reduce kidnapping and armed robbery in the Niger delta.
As a philanthropist he has helps a good number of students finance their academic pursuit from primary to tertiary and also helps to setup small scale businesses for members of his community.
In 2009, he married his wife Asba Jite Emami, reportedly spending about N200 million on the wedding and they are blessed with two kids Oritsenoyo and Oritsemisan.
