Avraam Norov
Avraam Norov - geographer and politician from Russian Empire. He was born on October 22, 1795 in Balashovsky Uyezd and died on January 23, 1869 in Saint Petersburg. He graduated from the Moscow university boarding school. He was awarded the Knight of the Order of St. Alexander Nevsky, the Order of the White Eagle, the Order of Saint Stanislaus, 1st class, the Order of Saint Anna, 1st class, the Order of St. Vladimir, 2nd class, the Order of St. Vladimir, 4th class.
