Asif Muhammad Khan
Asif Muhammad Khan was a Member of the Legislative Assembly for the Okhla seat in New Delhi. He is aligned with the Congress Party. Khan won the Okhla seat in the 2009 by-election. He won again from this seat in the 2013 assembly elections but lost in the 2015 assembly elections.Career
Khan career initially won his seat to the Legislative assembly as a candidate on the Rashtriya Janata Dal ticket. He later switched to the Congress Party.
Khan was denied ticket by Congress party in Delhi Assembly Elections 2020 as party chose to field former Okhla MLA Parvez Hashmi.
