Artiom Lazarev - politician from Moldova. He was born on October 30, 1914 in Podolia Governorate and died on September 16, 1999 in Chișinău. He was awarded the Order of the Patriotic War 2nd class, the Order of the Republic, the Order of the Badge of Honour, the Order of the Red Star, the Order of Friendship of Peoples, the Order of Lenin.
