Antonio Garrigues Walker - lawyer and politician from Spain. He was born on September 30, 1934 in Madrid. He graduated from the Colegio del Pilar, the University of Madrid. He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Order of Isabella the Catholic, the Premi Blanquerna, the Grand Cross of the Order of St. Raymond of Peñafort, the Jovellanos International Essay Award, the Grand Cross of the Order of Civil Merit.
