Markham
Street
in
downtown
Little Rock, Arkansas
. It is
probably
most
famous
for
serving
as the
temporary
headquarters
of the
Governor
Elisha Baxter
during the
Brooks-Baxter War
in
1874
. It
burned
to the
ground
in
1876
.
