Angelika Bahmann


Angelika Bahmann is a former East German slalom canoeist and trainer who competed in the 1970s. She won a gold medal in the K-1 event at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich.
Bahmann also won six medals in the at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with three golds, two silvers and a bronze.
Bahmann's son, Christian, competed in slalom canoeing for Germany in the late 1990s and 2000s.
