Alto Vetro
Altro Vetro is a 16 storey residential tower on the west side of Grand Canal Dock just to the south of MacMahon Bridge. There are 26 apartments, 24 of them two-bedroom and the other two three-bedroom. There is a rooftop garden protected by a two metre tall barrier and a coffee shop and barbers at ground level.
It was awarded the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland’s Silver Medal for Housing. It was built by the Montevetro developers Treasury Holdings.
