Alla Dutkovska - Ukrainian costume artist and educator. She was born on August 15, 1949 in Vinnytsia and died on June 19, 2004 in Chernivtsi. She graduated from the K. D. Ushynsky South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University. She was awarded the Honored Art Worker of Ukraine.
