Aleksey Rozanov


Aleksey Rozanov - scientist from Russian Socialist Federative Soviet Republic. He was born on August 28, 1882 in Bely and died on March 29, 1949 in Ukhta. He graduated from the Moscow State University. He was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honour.
