Akigawa Station


Akigawa Station is a railway station on the Itsukaichi Line in Akiruno, Tokyo, Japan, operated by East Japan Railway Company.

History

The station opened on 21 April 1925 as Nishi-Akiru Station. It was renamed Akigawa Station on 31 March 1987. With the privatization of Japanese National Railways on 1 April 1987, the station came under the control of JR East.
