Akhtar Hussain (musician)


Akhtar Husain,
was an Indian classical musician who belonged to one of the major houses of classical music named Patiala Gharana from India and Pakistan.
He was a son of the founder of Patiala Gharana, Ali Baksh Jarnail, and he was the father and teacher of Ustad Fateh Ali Khan and Ustad Amanat Ali Khan, the renowned classical music duo from Pakistan.
