The newly crowned queen's court included – Katia Riparelli as 1st runner-up and Lorenza Di Cesare as 2nd runner-up. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss World Italy 2018 Nunzia Amato.Sammartino represented Italy at Miss World 2019 held on December 7, 2019 in London.
