2009–10 Miami Heat season
The 2009–10 Miami Heat season was the 22nd season of the Miami Heat in the National Basketball Association. The Heat made the playoffs for the second straight year under Spoelstra. They failed to make it out of the first round once again as they were overpowered by a Boston Celtics squad that featured Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce and Ray Allen in five games. Boston eventually lost in seven games to the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA Finals.Key dates
