1909 Challenge Cup


The 1908–09 Challenge Cup was the 13th staging of rugby league's oldest knockout competition, the Challenge Cup.

Final

The final was contested by Wakefield Trinity and Hull F.C. at Headingley, Leeds.
The final was played on Saturday 24 April 1909, where Wakefield Trinity beat Hull F.C. 17-0 at Headingley, Leeds in front of a crowd of 23,587.
Trinity's 17-0 victory in the final was their first Cup in their first final.
